I would like some flashing supplied and installed around the door and window frames to tidy up my front and back doors. Currently it looks untidy with a gap between the frame and bricks. Install a fly screen on an existing siding glass window (cavity for screen present) and a security screen door external to an existing timber door by someone knowledgeable & experience. The space for the door is about 82.5cm width, 205.3 height and about 35mm in thickness separate to the door handle. The Fly screen cavity external to a lounge window is about 80 wide 137cm tall 1.3cm thickness. Please quote for labour & parts separate (or I can pay for parts)

Hi, I need this dent/scratch on my door frame repaired. I’m not exactly sure if it needs to be painted or something else? I would also like my house to be looked over and some scratches on the wall painted over

Replace broken door, new door already purchased but needs to be cut to size and door handle put on before hanging. Door to be painted once hanging so can be done in one day. Will need to bring own tools and may need door hinges if old ones can’t be reused.

Bifolds not opening and closing as smoothly as it used to. Noticed issues started when the weather got hot? Perhaps something has expanded? They still slide to open and close however an effort to do so. Catches somehwere in the middle. Also the door is not shutting completely shut after it’s opened. Would prefer someone with experience with these doors. There are 6 panels. The doors are quite high so you will need a ladder.

The Part of the window kit that goes into the wondow and is connected to the outlet of the air conditioner is too long and needs to get cut at the blue marker (picture). But I don’t have the right tools for that, so I’m looking for a handyman who can help me with that. It would take I guess just 5 min or so because its just a cut.

Need to secure hole in rear door which was a dog door. Board on the inside and external that we will paint.

Some of the fly screen on front door has holes on it. Need the old fly screen taken off and new one put on. Have the screen and tools for the job.
