Supply & Install: Supply a new external-grade solid core door Fitting: Trim, plane, and hang the door to fit the existing frame. Hardware: Install a new entrance lockset/deadbolt (or re-use existing if it is still functional, please advise). Weatherproofing: Paint/seal all 6 sides of the door with exterior paint to prevent future water damage, and install a bottom weather seal/drip strip. Disposal: Remove and dispose of the old rotted door.

We require assistance with installing a few new and reinforcement of existing pigeon spikes on the window ledge of our unit. The pigeon spikes are already installed, however a few have been pushed down by pigeons and are no longer effective. We would like these to be reinstalled, and additional spikes installed as required to prevent pigeons from sitting on the ledge. Please note the window ledge is located approximately one floor above our first-floor balcony (balcony has ample space for ladders). This job requires an extension ladder. I also have a neighbour with the same issue and requires help in installing the spikes. Happy to connect with my neighbour too. Replace broken door, new door already purchased but needs to be cut to size and door handle put on before hanging. Door to be painted once hanging so can be done in one day. Will need to bring own tools and may need door hinges if old ones can’t be reused.

Bifolds not opening and closing as smoothly as it used to. Noticed issues started when the weather got hot? Perhaps something has expanded? They still slide to open and close however an effort to do so. Catches somehwere in the middle. Also the door is not shutting completely shut after it’s opened. Would prefer someone with experience with these doors. There are 6 panels. The doors are quite high so you will need a ladder.

The Part of the window kit that goes into the wondow and is connected to the outlet of the air conditioner is too long and needs to get cut at the blue marker (picture). But I don’t have the right tools for that, so I’m looking for a handyman who can help me with that. It would take I guess just 5 min or so because its just a cut.
