Hi, I have a small rendered corner damage on an outdoor garage pillar (as shown in the picture). ​Scope of work: ​Clean and repair the damaged corner area (patch/render spot repair). ​Match the existing rough textured render finish. ​Paint the patched area to match the pillar color. ​Requirements: ​Only a quick spot repair is needed, not the full pillar. ​Please bring your own repair compound/render, tools, and suitable white/off-white exterior paint. The damage is only 15cm long and the corner bead is completely intact. ​Flexible with time and date. Located in Rostrevor.

I have 4 small areas of wall rendering that need to be patched up due to drain pipes, hot water heater and balcony removal. The original rendering was applied around these, which after being removed has left gaps that need filling and repair. See the following photos: 1 - Repair where drain pipe was removed. Initially it only let me put up 5.

Looking for someone to gyprock and flush hallway ceiling and walls - approximately 4x1m area. Materials will need to be supplied.

Patching up required for walls.

Botched two patches fix on the textured render on Hebel wall. Originally had a hairline crack. It is a “Dune” coloured texture render and the patch used was Dunlop Dune Texture premix. This premix puts a shine on it which is wrong. Need someone who can redo this work - possible sanding it off and try to match the rest and make it as seamless as possible. No materials provided, paint/ texture is required. Builder has been hopeless in providing details of what was used. The only thing I know it’s just “Dune render”. Of course negotiable on price with materials.

Have a small area on front verandah riser that needs rendering/ filling in and maybe painting

I want to plaster or render the front of the house. It's a single-story house. The length of the proposed plastered wall is approximately 16.5 meters and the area to be plastered is approximately 28 square meters. The quote should include painting the wall with our choice of color. Also, it should include removing and disposing of all materials from the wall. If you need a site visit or more photos to get an accurate quote, please confirm.

Need a qualified plasterer to fix up small holes in the walls to make it look like new again, as it’s a rental house - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 5 February 2024
