The previous contractor was unable to finish the project, so approximately 80% of the render has already been completed. We are looking for someone to take over and complete the remaining work to a professional standard. Scope of work: Continue the remaining exterior render work to match the existing finished texture. Ensure a consistent finish across the entire front façade. Repair and prepare any unfinished areas where required. Apply primer and exterior paint after the render has fully cured (if quoting for the complete job). Clean the site upon completion. Important: The new render must match the existing texture and appearance already completed. Current photos and reference photos of the desired final finish will be provided. Site inspection is welcome before quoting. Requirements Proven experience with exterior rendering and commercial painting. Own tools and equipment. Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. Looking for a plasterer to board up one side wall of an outdoor alfresco. Aim is to do an outdoor kitchen in coming months. Wall is 3150 wide by about 2400 high. Happy to discuss options on styles and cladding/render finishes.

Need someone who can mount TV and conceal the cable behind a drywall. TV is 43" Samsung TV frame. TV will be mounted on top of a fireplace mantle and the cable is to be run to a cabinet on the right side (there is a gas heater under the mantle, not sure if there is any gas pipe behind the dry wall).
