Find experienced local tradies in North Adelaide

Several timber beams and joints are split, deteriorated and pulling away from the supporting posts. I need an experienced carpenter to inspect the structure and replace or properly repair any damaged timber, secure all connections, and check that the pergola roof is safe and adequately supported. The price should include labour, materials, removal of damaged timber and disposal. Please review the attached photos and advise if an onsite inspection is required before confirming the price.

I have an EV charger mounted on a column next to my underground car park in a residential complex. I need a power point installed there which would likely run off the EV charger. I have a photo of what others have done.

Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/tradie to help with a couple of jobs at my house in North Adelaide. Potential for ongoing work as we’re planning further upgrades. 1. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Motorised our door awning was extended and damaged in the wind - it is still extended and now possibly the arm is broken - we can’t retract it and it make cause further damage to the home / garden and it rests in a awkward spot

The blind has completely fallen off and the electric work ripped out. Need help asap to reinstall and repair electric work

• install 2 x shelves (1 has wall brackets, 1 is a picture ledge with no brackets) • fix small cabinet to wall for stability 2 ikea shelves to be installed, plus a small shoe cabinet thing that is very shallow so definitely needs to be screwed into the wall for stability. We live in a newish apartment building on Melbourne Street, North Adelaide - I believe the walls are steel frame and drywall. At least one of the shelves will ideally need to be screwed into the steel frame. Please bring a stud finder or know how to find them. Please bring screws and screwdriver for drywall & metal frame as they do not come with ikea items. Please note there will be some measuring, I want things to be in the right place, centred, level etc. I’m not sure what this costs so please ignore the price listed.

I've had 2 structural beams installed following internal wall demo Would like them boxed up (gyprock fixed and flushed) About 20m2 in total.
