1 x wall bracket mounted on wall. Gyprock wall, fixed wall mount and 55’ tv are both ready to be installed. Just need someone with the skills and tools needed to do the job.

Wall needs to be repaired and flushed. Skirting board needs to be cut to size and installed with quads. Skirting board and quads will be supplied.

Sagging ceiling in central room requires old gyprock removed and new installed. Wall in the same room requires removal of pine cladding and replacing gyprock. Replace cornices but no need to paint

I need a power point installed behind wall mounted tv.

Install outside power point to brick verandah post. Power can run down in conduit because it’s hidden from view. Iron roof. Power located nearby for lights and also motorized awnings.
