I have pigeons that keep sitting in the elbow of the top guttering and have purchased bird spikes that need to be silicone to the elbow of the pipe. I have a two story house and this is at top part of the guttering. I have a fear of height and cannot get up there. It's a 10 minute job. I have the ladder, silicone, bird spikes and scrapper! You just need to turn up I have the spiked bird strip that will be siliconed and all ready to go, all you need to to do is climb the ladder in and put in place.
