Paint the trims on my brick home. Everything currently brown needs to be painted in Dulux Monument. House is 3 bedroom single storey - slight slope on land so one side is higher but can be reached with ladder from ground. Gutter leaking. No evidence of rust This not a straight forward task. The gutter runs between the tiled roof and a perplex pergola roof. It is hard to see where it is leaking. There is no visible hole in the gutter and I suspect the leak is through some rust on the vertical part of the gutter facing the fascia. Task is to provide an estimate to fix. Jim

I need to fix leakage in my gutters at two places: 1. Downpipe: There is a joint in the downpipe near the paving which leaks and need to be repaired. Also need to check if the plumbing is correct in that place as the concrete tiles in the paving are sunken fair bit. 2.
