I need an experienced tradie or handyman comfortable working at heights to climb onto my patio roof and fix a constant gutter overflow issue ( as shown in the photos). The job involves: Climbing onto the patio roof to inspect the sagging section where water is currently pooling and dripping. Cutting a hole and installing a new gutter outlet/dropper at that low point, sealed completely with waterproof silicone and rivets. Running a short vertical PVC downpipe from the new outlet down the brick wall/corner to ground level so it stops spilling onto the concrete. Please bring your own tools, ladder for roof access, silicone, and standard hardware/pipe materials

Scope of Works 1. Install Gutters * Supply and install 2 x gutter runs * Length of each gutter run: 5.4 metres * Total gutter length: 10.8 metres * Gutters to be installed along the two front-facing roof edges shown in the attached photo (marked in red). * Ensure correct fall towards the downpipe location. * Include all brackets, joins, stop ends and fixings. 2. Install Downpipe * Supply and install 1 x downpipe * Downpipe length: 2.4 metres * Downpipe location shown in the attached photo (green line). * Connect gutter outlet to downpipe. * Discharge to existing stormwater connection if possible (please advise if additional work is required). 3. Finish * Remove all rubbish and offcuts. * Ensure gutters are level, secure and watertight. * Silicone/seal all joins as required. The gutter on the roof of my two-storey town-house appears to have a leak in two places resulting in a steady and loud drip. One point has been circled in the image attached, the other is further down the left hand side at the same height.

Over the past couple of days, with the recent rain, my ceiling has been leaking from the downlight. Looking at the outside of the building, it might be from my neighbour’s block gutter, however, I might be mistaken. The ceiling is flat, please see images. During heavy rainfall, water flows back towards the house because the gutter falls in the wrong direction, causing water to enter the ceiling. The gutter has already been cleaned, the drainage direction and gutter alignment still need to be corrected to prevent further water ingress.

The front end of my gutter sags and fills with water when it rains. The rain water has no where to run so the weight causes the gutter to sag. Needs to be propped up so it no longer sags Gutters are in good condition overall
