Plumbing Works Job 1: Replace downpipe and stormwater connection Install a new 4" x 2" downpipe with the correct offset to return neatly back to the wall. Modify/roll back the existing PVC stormwater pipe outlet to the wall so the connection sits flush and neatly against the wall. Property is a single-storey house. Job 2: Investigate and replace external garden tap Investigate the poor water pressure at the outside garden tap, as reported by the tenants. Identify and rectify the cause of the low water pressure where possible. Replace the garden tap if required. Test the tap and confirm adequate water flow after completing the works.

Need the white downpipe location changed from it is now to just be at the front. - Task include seal old hole - make new gutter cut for new downpipe.. The downpipe no need to connect it to storwater it can be installed with a reducer as it will be used to Water front Garden bed.

Connect up and properly join pvc 90mm piping, replace poorly glued T joint, converting join and elbow join.. Approx 4m length with several cuts & joins needed where I did a poor job! I already bought the pipe and joints, plus elbow.

As attched, I have checked the photo 2 years ago when they do the building inspection and compared with photo yesterday. Seem the pipe is not just disconnected but the bottom part sink into ground about 30cm, which indicates the connection to property drainage system is broken, only reconnect the downpipe doesn't really fix the problem, will need to cut a bit on concrete path to check connection underneath. please check the drainage condition and bring quotes for the repair.

Got a rainwater tank removed and the plumber left the connections unfinished. So need someone to connect the gutter to downpipe and the water connection hose reinforced. Need a licensed plumber for this job

I have an open gap in the eave/soffit area of my house near the fascia and downpipe, as shown in the photo. I’m looking for someone experienced with eaves, soffits, fascia or general carpentry to: * Inspect the opening and confirm the best repair method * Supply and install a suitable rigid infill panel, preferably matching the existing eave material * Add any required support/batten behind the panel * Cut neatly around the downpipe/fascia area * Secure the panel properly and seal the edges * Ensure the area is weatherproof and pest/vermin-proof I do not want the opening simply filled with expanding foam.

1) Replace 2 x storm water down pipes - 1 x from house roof gutter and 1 x from garage gutter. Current pipes are made of iron (now rusted) and rectangular + cylindrical in shape. Distance from house roof guttering to ground outlet is 2.9 meters and from garage roof guttering to ground outlet is 2.4 meters. Replacement pipes to be PVC cylindrical type. In the corner of two gutters there is pooling of water as the gutter on the side of the house is not pitched to run into the downpipe as per the photos attached. As a result there is damage to our eave. Work required 1. Re-pitch gutter so that it flows to the downpipe in front of the kitchen window. 2.
