We need a thorough post-construction / builders deep clean for our brand new 2-storey house in Queens Park (approx 160 m²). The builder has already done a basic clean, but there is still fine construction dust, plaster residue and some paint overspray throughout. This is not a standard house clean — we need a proper detailed clean before we move in. Scope of work required: • Remove all remaining fine construction dust from ceilings, cornices, walls and high areas (lounge ceiling is 3.1 m) • Clean inside every cupboard, drawer, wardrobe and pantry (kitchen + all bedrooms + bathrooms + laundry) • Thoroughly clean all window tracks, sills and frames • Clean stone benchtops, splashbacks and bathroom vanities (use appropriate non-abrasive stone-safe products) • Clean behind and under all appliances (oven, dishwasher space, etc.) • Clean all skirting boards, architraves, door frames and bottoms • Detailed bathroom clean (grout lines, silicon seals, shower screens, behind toilets) • Clean all light fittings, downlights and switches • Vacuum and mop all floors (timber + tiles) • Remove any remaining paint spots, plaster residue, etc. Requirements: • You must have experience with post-construction / builders cleans • Please bring HEPA vacuum + ladders / steps for high areas • Bring proper cleaning products suitable for natural stone / marble • 2–3 reliable cleaners for a full day (8–10 hours) The house is completely empty and easy to access.
