Hi, our kitchen sink drain appears to be blocked. Water is draining very slowly / not draining properly from the double kitchen sink. The pipes are accessible under the sink, as shown in the photos. We need someone experienced to come today to unblock the kitchen sink drain and check the pipe connection under the sink. Please bring your own tools and any equipment needed, such as a drain snake/plunger or other plumbing tools. Need a handyman to fix a loose kitchen sink tap. Tap is working fine. It’s loose from the bottom.

Edit: I need the tap too. Not just install. I need to change this tap to something modern where I can move the tap out of the way and flexible pull out faucet double mode sprays. Also the current tap doesn’t have enough pressure. Tap bend should be able rotate to the side to move it out of the way. Also pull out feature so I can clean the surroundings etc. I’m in no rush. If anyone knows good recommendations for the tap and can get it and install it ? This is a rental so not looking to spend more. Just for convenience also not interested in very cheap products. Thnx.

My kitchen sink (Unit in an apartment complex) is blocked and water is draining quite slowly. Checked the S bend beneath the sink and blockage isn’t there: seems to be beyond that point. Need a plumber to help clear the blockage.
