Apartments lights need replacing

Smoke alarm beeping every ten mins. It is hard wired 2meter ceiling. Need it to stop/fix it as driving me insane. I do not have a ladder

- Uninstall existing toilet (P trap, bottom inlet) - Install new toilet (Back to wall, P trap, bottom inlet) - Install electric bidet seat (no backflow prevention required)

Electrician required to complete a rental electrical report and to fix two power point sockets, no power coming out of them.

A power point under the sink provides the power for oven and dishwasher (I think also the electric stove too). When turning it on, the switch is very flimsy and even though it appears as if it is on, it clicks and power stops after a second. This was tested using other items plugged in to this power point so I know that power is running through to the switch at least. I guess the switch itself just needs replacing.
