Light repair, electrics and wires seem all fine, however the light fixture needs repair as is it was unscrewed, and now the light fixing and the attached wires are hanging down from the ceiling, the screws are loose in the existing screw holes and one approx 3cm long Phillips head screw is missing

Looking for someone to: 1. Install an IKEA paper lantern pendant light above my dining table (all lamp components supplied). 2. Replace two bathroom light fittings (replacement lights already purchased and supplied). Shown in last pic The second photo shows how the previous tenant had the pendant lamp installed, which is the look I’d like to recreate. The existing ceiling setup and bathroom lights are shown in the photos. I’m unsure whether additional mounting hardware (hook/bracket) is required, so ideally someone can advise and supply any small extra hardware needed. Loft-style apartment with exposed beams.
