Our fisher and paykel washsmart 8.5kg top loader has stopped working properly stating that it’s off balance even when very few items are in it. We think it’s the suspension rods. Looking for someone to come and replace these for us including the rods asap!

My Bosch Series 6 washing machine has been showing an E18 error for about a week. I’ve drained the remaining water using the emergency drain hose, but the blue pump filter cap won’t unscrew. It turns slightly anti-clockwise but then hits a hard stop and won’t come out. I’m looking for someone to clear the blockage/remove the stuck pump filter without damaging the housing. Hello. I need a help to move a combined washer dryer (its stacked and connected so we need a trolley to support this weight!) and install the machine. It is currently installed in a cupboard, but the taps stick out and the door cannot close, so we need the back carcass to be cut out slightly to allow for the pipes to sit in the cavity, and the door to close over the machines - so definitely need someone handy! The machine is there currently, so the move is only out of the cupboard then back in when the back is cut to allow it to sit inside properly.
