My washing machine (kogan 7.5kg front load is shaking aggressively) i reported to customer service and their response is: I'm sorry to hear that your washing machine shakes aggressively during use. Allow me to assist. Could you please check that the transit bolts have been removed from the back of the machine? There are four points on the rear panel of the machine where the drum has been bolted into place to secure it during transit. If these transit bolts are not removed, the unit may shake excessively or vibrate heavily during use, which can cause damage to the unit or its surroundings. Please make sure to remove these bolts and plug the holes with the provided transit caps. Kindly also ensure that the base protection device has been removed, if applicable to this unit. Our Electrolux Washing machine has stopped working. The machine still starts, drain, rinse etc. But during the spin, it only spins for few minutes then stops spinning. The timer continue to run though. When run on the Spin mode, again, it spins for few minutes then stops spinning. When I run it in a diagnostics mode it shows E52 error Is this something that can be fixed?

Hi, need to fix hose (hot and cold water) pipes to the tap. This is a simple task but couldn't do it as turning one of the hose pipes is seeming bit tight. Washing machine is sitting in the laundry, therefore no other work involved. It would be easier for someone around Essendon North as a small job.

Need the flush (grey tube) cut back and water hoses connected. Refer to photos as tools required. Might be a quick $50 for a plumber
