Washing machine needs fixing

My washing machine has been damaged by washing a pillow that became a heavy and uneven load that went out of control in the spin cycle before being turned off. The next two washes both resulted in loud, unbalanced spin cycles that had to be stopped. A third, empty, spin cycle worked without issue. The door gasket is also slightly misaligned but remains intact on both sides. This is a small 5 year old front loading Akai 6kg AK-FL6 model with no previous problem.

Have a Bosch washing machine model WAK24160AU. Seeing Error 18 during washing cycles, when draining which indicates a blockage of the water pump. Have done the basic troubleshooting steps but the water pump cover is stuck, indicating debris is blocking the cover from being opened.
