Bosch washing machine is not draining. We cannot open the filter as it jammed and will only turn 90 degrees. I think the filter is blocked with collar stiffners from shirts. Last time it required the back or front to be removed in order to access the filter another way.

I have checked the pipes at the connection point and the hose tap on etc. I think there is a blockage in the pipe itself. Can you please come and flush the pipe out and check we have a clear tube. The washing machine itself is otherwise great and working fine. Says it has a problem at water in-take. Thanks.

Hi! We have a Beko Washing Machine in need of a fix. Our washing machine is currently only allowing water to trickle in so the cycle isn’t running. We would love if someone maybe with washing machine repair experience and/or plumbing experience could please help us fix this issue today. Please note there is a dryer stacked on top of the washing machine so you may need something to lift and move this to access the back of our washing machine (picture included for reference with washing machine at base).
