Need to move washing machine and dryer stack away from wall as we have dropped something under there that we need to retrieve. Then push them back into place. Sliding door to balcony is not even/aligned with the door frame now and will not close properly. Need this fixed.

I am based in Port Melbourne and my Haier washing machine has stopped working. Over the last week we’ve heard what sounds like the drum struggling to turn (as if something is jammed).
