We seeking a reliable, skilled, all-round Handyman / Labourer for ongoing residential and property maintenance work. We need someone hands-on, practical, tidy, and confident completing a wide range of general repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks. Duties include: * Replacing and fitting door hardware * Door adjustments, repairs, and basic fitting * Window repairs and rectifications * Installing towel rails, toilet roll holders, shelves, hooks, blinds, curtain rods, bike racks, mirrors, and wall-mounted items * Plaster patching, sanding, and painting * Fixing minor leaks and tap issues where suitable * Basic glazing repairs where experienced * Carpet repairs or basic carpet maintenance * Flat pack assembly * Small shed assembly and installation * Tiling repairs and small tiling jobs * General handyman work and odd jobs as required Requirements: * Previous handyman, maintenance, labouring, or multi-trade experience * Good problem-solving skills * Reliable transport * Basic tools preferred * Good communication with clients, tenants, and supervisors * Clean, tidy, and respectful work habits * Ability to take before-and-after photos and provide job updates Bonus skills: Tiling, waterproofing, painting, carpentry, basic plumbing maintenance, glazing, White Card, own tools, and ABN.
