Lay recycled red bricks to fill the gap between the existing herringbone pavers and a new concrete slab (about 10m long, 200 to 300mm wide). Cut the bricks to fit the herringbone edge. Also fill in two old garden beds at the side of the house to match. Prep and compact the base, then lay the bricks on a sand bed. Matching recycled bricks are on site. Photos attached."

We have a brick step leading up to our terrace house that is 40 deep and 80cm wide. I need that step extended to 80cm deep, and an additional step created on top. The aim is to reduce the height of the step by creating 2 shallower steps, as it’s hard for my elderly mother to manage the current height. I can supply the bricks or you can. Need it done in the next approx 2 weeks. I also need a handrail installed but we could discuss that if you’re interested. Thank you.

Bricklayer required – rebuild small brick planter/retaining wall Looking for an experienced bricklayer to rebuild a small, low brick planter/retaining wall and complete some additional brickwork to an adjoining wall. The retaining wall forms one side of a three-sided garden box. One side has already been rebuilt, and I’m looking to have the adjoining side rebuilt in the same way. Scope of work: • Construct a new brick retaining wall approximately 3.2m long x 500–600mm high, to match the adjoining section that has already been completed. • In a separate adjoining area, add approximately two courses of brickwork to thicken the existing wall from single to double brick, together with a capping brick to the top. This section is also approximately 3.4m long. • Leave the completed brickwork and surrounding area clean and tidy. Site preparation: The existing retaining wall shown in the photographs will be demolished and removed prior to the project commencing. A new concrete footing will also be prepared, ready for the new brickwork to be laid. Materials: Recycled bricks will be supplied. Bricklayer to provide all other materials, tools and equipment required to complete the brickwork, including mortar and associated consumables. Photos: 1. Looking for an experienced bricklayer/masonry specialist to fully repoint and clean an existing brick wall at our house in Fitzroy. Wall is approximately 6m wide × 4.5m high. I need 2 courses of red brick added to the height of the garden and similar around the brick area behind the gate. This would be no more than 50 red bricks I will provide the bricks and tasker to provide the mortar

See picture attached. I am after someone who can block up where the gate currently is. Cut bricks back closer to the house so the gate goes next to the house. If bricks can be used great as we are painting the wall anyway

There are existing brick joints on the external cladding that have gaps that needs to be filled with mortar and/or matching replacement bricks (or close to the brick colour) I have taken individual photos of each of the gaps as well as one photo of the entire cladding area to show the location and height of all the gaps that needs to be filled.

One near gutter, One location along window sill and adjacent cracks, One above window, and another to fix gap adjacent to window.
