It is delivered in flat-pack panels and requires assembly and connection of the components. Wall and ceiling gyprock cracked.

Patch hole in plasterboard approx 50cm x 20cm.

2 seperate patch/plaster jobs in same house. both are dented/damaged plasterboard. Requiring patch up and paint match for both. Paint is provided at house on site.

Proven professional gyprocker/plasterer to: 1. Gyprock sheet both sides of a sliding door cavity that has been removed and replaced with studs/noggins ready for sheeting. 2. A non-load bearing wall has been removed (4.5m wide *2.7m high) and gyprock sheet required to lhs and rhs and ceiling where wall removed, including adding cornice to both ceiling sides. 3. Replace gyprock sheets to several ceiling holes that were cut out as inspection ports prior to the wall being removed. Gyprock to be left to a very high standard ready for me to paint. Ignore the far wall in the photo with the insulation batts. That won’t be gyprocked as part of this work. Job can be done in 2 parts: Part 1 to be done ASAP sheet old sliding door cavity and lhs of wall where wall removed. To make way for cabinetry install along that wall. Part 2 : remainder of work over next 4 weeks.

Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair and finish ceiling and wall areas following the removal of an internal wall and archway between my kitchen/dining and living room. Scope of works: * Supply and install plasterboard where required. * Repair ceiling opening where wall and bulkhead have been removed. * Tape, set and flush all joins. * Repair wall ends and damaged plasterboard. * Sand and leave ready for painting. * Match existing ceiling finish as closely as possible.

So removing tiles and that includes tile skirting, will supply all materials and help if you need it, have most tools but much prefer an actual plasterer. Think replacing the sections would be the easiest but am after this asap. Only not available fri night.

Master Bedroom Wardrobe Removal • Demolish and remove: • Internal shelving • Sliding doors • Door tracks (top + bottom) • Remove and dispose of carpet in wardrobe area IMPORTANT: • There is a heating vent + boxed section → must NOT be removed or damaged 3. Rubbish Removal (Second Bedroom) • Remove all renovation waste shown in photos • Leave ladder behind • Remove electric heaters in garden- they’re in fine condition i believe!
