Hi Taskers, We are interested to cutout our existing kitchen cupboard to put in a freestanding dishwasher. The space is great but the height and depth are slightly smaller than a normal dishwasher. The house has never had a dishwasher before so will need the plumbing into the cupboard next door where the sink is. Some of the cabinetry will need altering to allow the dishwasher to fit into the space. Any suggestion is appreciated.

One door lock is loose and the fly screen needs to be replaced. Another door and some cabinet doors need adjustment to make it close properly. 1 skylight needs to clean dust inside. One small anti-bird shed attached to pergola needs to be removed and paint the cut end.There are 2 broken wood grip for climbing roses to be fixed. Please see attached photos. House recently bought, part of the house is on a slope and as such has what I can only assume to be some water erosion of some of the render/underlying brick. Does it just need some paint? Maybe some mortar? Whole new render? Not pedantic, probably just need to stop water getting in. I am looking into getting some additional drainage put in separately.
