A number of patch-up jobs to get my apartment ready for leasing, including: - Some patching/plastering/painting of walls, mainly on the wall where a large TV was wall-mounted, as well as a few nail/screw holes and scrapes. Removal and patching of a few nailed picture hooks. (We have around 1L of the correct coloured paint which can be used for the job) - Installing a brace/board for the dryer machine in the laundry. - Remove and dispose of a large timber decorative structure on the balcony (fixed to the wall). Attached photos show the wall where the TV was wall-mounted, some other minor damage to walls, and the balcony wooden structure. As for the laundry brace, this is to build a brace or board to hold up a drying machine in the European laundry of the apartment.

I have two single screen doors that need both flyscreens replaced.

I am embarking on a repair of the solar heating system on my roof. I am looking for a person who is experienced in working at heights and can help me do that too. Specifically I want i) someone to help me fit an anchor to the roof truss (under the tiles) so that I can use a safety harness. Once I am set up safely, I need help to remove the existing cracked PVC pipe. Once that pipe is down off the roof I will re-drill and prepare a new pipe myself - I'd then like the Tasker to come back and help me re-fit it. In the image attached you can see the roof and the pipe that is to be removed and replaced. I estimate that the two parts of this job will each take around 1.5 hours or less - so a total job of around 3 hours.

Remove old, cracked plastic wall cover and replace with kitchen tiles. I have the tiles, but need someone to install. - Due date: Before Saturday, 19 August 2023

My glass pool gate has dropped so that it now drags along the garden border. I need it adjusted back to its original height. The rubbers on the closure/lock mechanism (pictured) have started to degrade so the lock is slipping on and off. It needs adjusting also. - Due date: Flexible
