Two sections of cornice need to be remove and re-fixed. The walls are brick/tile so the cornice needs to be nailed/screwed to the wall (previous plasterer did not do this which has caused the current problem). One section is approx 1.8m (with small corner return) the other section is approx 2.5m. The cornice itself should be able to be re-used. You will need a good corded drill. Install one Hills kit mini clothes line into brick wall out on the balcony. You will need a corded drill for this. We already have the kit and drill bit. Put on 10 handles for various cupboard wardrobes. Hang one 80cm round mirror onto inside rendered brick wall. We have mirror, right sized screws and matching drill bit.
