I have some odd jobs that I need do at my rental apartment. The tenant is available after 4.30pm weekdays or anytime on the weekend. I believe the tasks will take about 2 hours. There are approximately 5 blinds to rehang after the walls have been painted, a kitchen cupboard door to go back on, the wardrobe doors to be put back on and the hole in the back of the cupboard to be filled with foam or something. Plus the kitchen sink has a leak. So needs some sealant or advice on what needs to happen.

Install 3 small, round metal/glass shelves on gyprock wall in lounge. 4. Install 6 angle brackets on gyprock wall in WC - ready for 3 x 900 long wooden shelves. 5. Install curtain track in main bedroom on double brick wall. 6. Install lightweight metal decoration on exterior brick wall. 7. Install retractable hose reel on outside brick wall near tap. 8. Install tv storm/lock box on exterior brick wall. All task do not have to be completed in one day. Naturally some tasks will likely require hammer drill. Good ladder and most fixtures available onsite. THANKS

Ground floor electric roller shutter on window needs repair. Motor is still working on it, but the t-straps/security springs appear to have let go on it, making it clank and scratch the slats. Would appreciate prompt repair as the installer can't attend for weeks and is asking for pre-payment of the callout fee. :/ - Due date: Before Wednesday, 14 February 2024
