2 Toilet seats are loose and need to be tightened onto the unit

The line of my rotary clothesline has snapped and needs to be replaced. The branding has faded and it was installed long before I moved in but the handle (which was replaced several years ago) has Hills on it and there is writing on the pole that seems to indicate that it is a foldable one (not that I have ever removed it or folded it). The line appears to be a PVC material. Given the age of the clothesline and the fact that there are plastic components, I will need to find someone with the skills to replace those parts if they turn out to be brittle and crack/break in the restringing process.

Hello, I would like to request the following items to be fixed: 1) Install a small security camera (and very small solar panel connected to it) on a brick wall (no wiring required) just screw into brick wall 2)Remove the heating light globes from the ensuite and bathroom, and install the new ones I have. I find it difficult to remove the existing ones myself. 3)The toilet flush is playing up—could you please have a look and advise? If it's a simple fix, I’d appreciate it if you could take care of that as well. 4) Replace the screens on a sliding door and a small window (I already have the replacement screens).
