We need a replacement door handle for our shower screen door. A new handle will need to be bought. (See images for previous handle and location on the door - there is a hole available to screw a new handle). Will also need the shower door adjusted, as it is currently not closing properly and leaking water. (Image of door corner included - happy to take more images)

We need a structure built to lower the height of our hallway by about 25 cm where it enters the livingroom. The lowering will only be at the entrance point, not along the length of the hallway. It will provide a framework to attach a blind. It is needed because the hallway is too tall for the longest available blind to reach the floor without a lower attachment point. The photo shows the point at which the framework is needed. We want the structure flush with the existing wall and plastered and painted to match the surrounding wall. The work to attach the blind is not included.
