I need a shed that is approx 2.5 X 1.5 mtrs with one door & one window. It is a rental property so I want to keep the cost to a minimum. The floor can be wood or cement depending on the cost. I need the entire job done. It will be erected beside a Colour bond fence in the backyard. Awning window is stuck open. The winder spins but does not move the chain / window. We need the winder fixed or supplied and replaced. If the latter, the cost of the new winder will be added to the budget (+$80-$100)

Install a cat door in wooden external door at my cats height

I have an external awning that comes down outside in front of our nursery window for shade. It has an internal crank which seems to be jammed, possibly the cabling is folding as it feeds in and its getting stuck. Seems like a simple mechanical issue that could be fixed if someone knows how to take it apart and put it back together again without making it worse (which is what I think would happen if I tried). - Due date: Before Thursday, 15 February 2024
