I need a shed that is approx 2.5 X 1.5 mtrs with one door & one window. It is a rental property so I want to keep the cost to a minimum. The floor can be wood or cement depending on the cost. I need the entire job done. It will be erected beside a Colour bond fence in the backyard. Safe locker need to repair

You will however, have to supply your own tools (digger...etc) Looking for 4 things done: Repaving and tidying of our driveway (red granite) Fix or assist me in fixing a broken drainage pipe (seen in pics) Timber screening to cover air conditioning units Replacing about 10 brick pavers edging that were separating the driveway and yard but were removed for plumbing.. Details: 1) We had some construction here which ruined half our driveway. We need someone to remove a layer of dirt (10cm?) and replace it with new red granite. The area is around 105sqm. There are drainage channels and concrete that would need to be preserved and remain level with the new granite. This would involve brushing cement in and anything you’d suggest for durability. 2)As you can see in some of the photos, one of the drainage pipes was cracked/or unsealed during works. The angle is now a bit off and it doesn’t quite connect. During your excavating it would be good to reveal this pipe more so that it can all be glued back together slightly deeper. I have the PVC pipe bits needed and don’t mind doing some gluing myself but I would need it dug up (and with my schedule it might be easier for you to just do the gluing) 3) Timber screening to cover air conditioning units. In an L shape. See 3D drawings. Dimensions are around: 3.75m wide by 1m depth and 1.8-2.4m height depending on how much it will slope (harder for me to measure). We aren’t married to the design, but we want it to look clean. About 10 pavers (likley just the classic bunnings ones) edging came out (all in a row) and need to be replaced and concreted in when doing the granite We are open to some changes but this should give you a good idea of what we’re after.
