Demolition and removal of bedroom ceiling, Supply and installation of new 10mm plasterboard sheets set and sanded, and supply and installation of new cornice, so it is ready for painting. See attached photo; the entire run of the plasterboard sheet across the bedroom needs to be replaced. No painting required, but need to set and sand all joints so it's ready for painting. approximately a 1m x 3.3m

Late last year my above-ground collapsed and it's taken me a while to source the replacement parts. I have it all together now, but would like help from someone who has done this sort of thing before. Please note, I have no idea what I should charge for this, but please let me know. It shouldn't take more than a few hours to a half a day. Please feel free to come back with a quote you feel is reasonable. I have the following jobs (hoping to do all in one visit): Fix cooktop hob —- Bottom left element on Miele KM5670 hob is intermittently working. All other burners are ok (attached photo shows ceramic element type when working) Fix in-built hinge on Miele oven —— I have a loose in-built hinge located on the bottom left side of my Miele H4740B oven. Looking for someone to fix the hinge so the oven closes fully (see attached photo). Component looks to be inside oven frame.
