Re-render letterbox. The old render and paint started chipping away at the corners and cracking. The top is to be flat/even. I tried (very poorly) to patch corners where render was coming off.

The door frame measuring 1.99m tall with the door measuring 1.87m tall. It measures 80cm wide with the door measures 67cm wide. There are 2 hinges on the right hand side of the door and a door knob on the left. The frame has wood rot/termite damage so need replacement. I need an experienced carpenter or builder to complete several related timber repair jobs at my home. 1️⃣ Pergola Structural Repair (URGENT) One of the pergola beams/trusses is rotten and has split (photos attached). This has caused the pergola to shift and put pressure on the house fascia, creating a long gap in the eaves. Work required: • Install temporary supports • Remove and replace rotten beam with new treated timber • Install new plates/fasteners • Realign pergola so it no longer presses against the house • Realign and secure house fascia • Refit or replace soffit/eaves sheet • Clear debris behind the eaves ⸻ 2️⃣ Garage Door Timber Post Replacement The timber post/jamb on one side of the roller door is rotten and currently holding the track and opener bracket. This needs to be replaced. Work required: • Remove rotten post • Cut and fit new H3 treated pine post • Reattach garage door track bracket • Ensure correct alignment • Seal/prime timber • Check door operation (basic adjustment if needed) ⸻ You’ll need: • Carpentry experience • Ability to handle structural timber repairs • Tools + ladder • Experience with garage door frames or willingness to adjust track if needed

Cornice plaster installation: includes approximately 3,200 mm of new installation, plus replacement of existing cornice plaster with new ones (total length of existing cornices is approximately 9,650 mm)

I have an ikea VIGDAL ceiling curtain rail to afford to the ceiling which is wooden. We do not have the required screws. Ceiling is 3.3m high so need a ladder and a hacksaw to shorten the rail to the correct width (96cm)

Variety misc tasks to be agreed on site. Eg. 1. Insert bulbs into light fixtures 2. Patch up various plaster holes etc. 3. Repair wonky table. 4. Fix cupboard door brackets. 5.Replace rotten door sill. 6. Fix loose bathroom tiles. Etc. Don't all have to be done or done all at once.

Our whirlpool washing machine is stopping mid-cycle. The filter is clean and the pump was replaced around 1 year ago.

We have 1) a leaky shower that needs fixing and 2) to replace 6 curtain rails.
