Supply and install a motorised folding-arm retractable awning over a ground-floor sliding door at the rear of our home in Denman Prospect. - Approx. 4 m wide x 2.5 m projection (please measure on site) - Full cassette, charcoal frame - Somfy motor (or equivalent) with remote and wind sensor - Mid-range durable outdoor fabric is fine - Wall is cement render on XPS foam over a timber frame, so brackets must fix into the frame with stand-off packers, not the render - Relocate the existing floodlight above the door and install an outdoor power point (licensed electrician required) Purpose: summer shade for sitting outside, and frost protection for plants in winter. Please include in your offer: - Brand and model of awning and motor - Itemised price (awning, installation, electrical) - Warranty on product and workmanship - Lead time and earliest install date Landscaping is being done in this area soon, so timing will need to fit around that.
