**Careful post-installation floor clean – engineered timber + small tiled bathroom** Looking for someone to carefully clean approximately **70 m² of newly installed engineered timber flooring**, plus the floor of a **very small tiled bathroom (less than 9 m²)**, in Cook, ACT. Everything is newly installed and in good condition. This is a **post-installation clean**, not restoration, sanding or polishing. The main job is: * Thoroughly remove construction dust and fine dirt * Carefully clean the floors, with some of the detailed work likely needing to be done **by hand/on hands and knees** * Remove occasional small spots of flooring glue/residue without damaging the finish * Clean along edges and joins * Give the small tiled bathroom floor the same detailed post-installation clean * Minor furniture moving as required to access the flooring, then put furniture back Most of the flooring is simply dusty; there isn't extensive glue or staining. The engineered timber needs to be treated carefully: **no steam cleaning, excessive water or harsh chemicals**. Products and methods must be suitable for engineered timber.
