Looking for someone who can come for a few hours from 10-1 and then again on Monday 11 May to build a simple headboard and some shelves (to be discussed, this ad is just for the first round of work). More work likely available. Carpentry experience preferred.

1 internal door needs planing and realignment to close properly 2 external front doors need maintenance/realignment so that top locks work properly.

Experienced painter to paint 2 sections of fence Looking for an experienced exterior painter (who has their own supplies) to paint a section of colour bond fence. Measures 520 cm L x 150 cm H. Fence is clean but may need a light sand and additional prep prior. That part (clean / prep) would also be included in the job’s scope. Attention to detail and working with care essential. Experience is a must and - photos, references of work exterior painting you’ve completed prior. Fence is currently a cream colour. I’ve already purchased the Colourbond paint (in Monument) and the separate tinted primer needed to cover that sized area. It’s a very dark charcoal. There is one shrub mid fence (see photos) that would delicately need to be painted behind, and of course paint reaching as far down along fence line as possible. I would like that carried out in such a way that it’s a clean line across the bottom / tape used along grass line area too. It will need to be primed and then 1-2 coats applied - will evaluate after the first coat is dried. A second coat may not be necessary. Not looking to spend more than $250. Can be done anytime where there’s no rain forecast for that day and preferably following 2 days. Looking for an experienced pressure washer to clean all my concreted areas and corrugated Perspex patio roof . The concrete areas include path to to front door, carport, path that extends length on one side of townhouse, patio and washing line area. I have this done annually and it usually takes about 3-3.5 hours. Will need to have own pressure washer, preferably one that has detergent in it, alternatively bring bleach. I’ve moved a lot of items already except for certain pots that need to be shifted and put back.
