Established house, gyprock ceiling, between split level, enough clearance to run cables but you won't be able to go in. Also a fan replaced like for like.

Install 2 new power points. One in a bathroom and one in a bedroom. Also move an existing power point in same bedroom. Electrician must be licensed. Timing flexible.
