Change 5 x LED Downlight. I have purchased downlights, the ceilings are around 3.9m and I don’t have a tall enough ladder. Just need help with someone bringing their ladder and changing the lights for me

Add one new ceiling rose with switch at wall. Replace two existing light switches with dimmers for existing downlights

Task - swap over the current laundry fan to a new one, then rewire/swap over the laundry 4 gang switch. The new laundry fan and 4-gang switch are provided.

After painting the wall I went to put the light switch back on and two of the wires came out. I just want an electrician to put them back in safely.

The external unit is not starting properly. Indoor units work fine, but the outdoor fan was not spinning and now only spins slowly / intermittently. No loud noises. Likely run capacitor or electrical issue. Looking for diagnosis and repair ASAP.
