I have twice, replaced the remote unit and while on occasion, I can turn on the Air Conditioner, I cannot turn it off and have to do so at the switchboard. I would like to replace 5 flush mount/ recessed downlight with 5new pendant light. I have previously removed a similar light in the study room (4) and discovered that the ceiling hole is larger than the mounting base of the new pendant. I am not sure whether the other 3 holes beneath the flushed mount lights will be too big. I need a professional who can: Remove the current recessed downlight safely. Install the new pendant light. May need to Manage the larger-than-standard hole in the ceiling A swag hook is needed for the lamp above the dining room

New plastered wall. Previous power outlet has been plastered over/disconnected, but existing wiring is still in the wall. I have three recessed downlights installed (wired), only two working at the moment. Would like to replace them with smart lights (likely the Nanoleaf) and also install a Shelly 1 Gen 4 relay switch. The switch controls all three lights. I haven't got Home Assistant set up yet, so assume will need to have the Nanoleaf act as 'dumb' lights, but priority 1 is painting the room!
