Hi there, I’m looking for someone to assist with the following in my home: • Replace approx. 8–9 existing light fixtures with modern LED fittings • Replace 2 power point covers (no rewiring required) • Create 1 new ceiling light point in a bedroom (cutting access in ceiling + install) • Fix a bathroom heat lamp that is no longer sitting flush with the ceiling • Check bathroom exhaust fans (2x) – one not functioning another quite loud Notes: • Light fittings can be supplied • Please bring any other required materials/tools • Most items are straightforward swaps

Have an 8 kW split system that’s second hand I need installed. Electrical work is already done. It’s just the mechanical work and refrigeration systems that need to be installed.

Trouble shoot, fix or replace down lights.

Removal of four dome light fittings attached to the roof (please see photos). Keen for advice on whether easier to replace with ordinary fitting (see other attached) or downlighting. Also require removal of 2 rectangular batten lights and same scenario as the others with respect to downlighting or otherwise (no photos of these unfortunately). $5 is not my offer, requesting that you please provide your best quote. Brivis L-66 Contour Evaporative Air Con not working properly. When first turned on it wets the pads and blows cold air, but after 30 or so minutes the pads do not continue to get wet and therefore warm air is blowing from the vents inside. Easy access to roof. Thanks.

Install a Martec Linear 3 in 1 bathroom heater/fan/light. This unit is replacing an existing 3 in 1. Hard wire 3 video cameras. Cameras already installed but need to run cable to power source. Cameras are all within a few metres of power. Repair / rewire a ceiling light that stopped working Terminate and make safe a light fitting that's no longer in use
