Ducted air conditioner with split systems in a Townhouse - it's not cooling properly. Tried restarting and cleaning the air filter but not still not working. Will need someone to check and fix the cooling issue.

Two down lights in family room are not working and need fixing / replacing. Convert sensor light at front door to continuous light (ie disconnect from sensor).

Very simple job - should be done in about five minutes. Have a smoke alarm and need the mounting plate to be drilled into the ceiling. Requires an electric drill - I have a ladder I can provide.

Diagnostic information: This appears to be an electrical issue, most likely inside the door panel. The window cannot be forced upwards by hand - most likely by design. - The motor appears to activate for downwards pull, but no activation at all for upwards. - All other power windows are working fine, so it’s unlikely to be a blown fuse. - The auto-lowering does not seem to activate, neither does the rising. However, the lowering sounds like it does sometimes. - All other electricals in vehicle appear to be fine

Looking for a qualified electrician to complete three tasks in a newly completed unit: 1) Change 3x wall light switches to LIFX smart switches. (Hardware to be provided). 2) Installation of a 90mm downlight in then bathroom above the vanity. Will need to be spliced into an existing light/extraction fan on the same switch. (Light provided. Wire and plug for downlight not provided). 3). Installation of new double powerpoint on end of kitchen bench. Nearest power source to tap into is located under the bench to supply the dishwasher. Desire to have the wires run through the back of the cabinets and then join into plug. Conduit to be installed to hide the lines.
