The stairs have a wooden finish, and the railings should complement the existing decor while providing sturdy support and within budget aswell . Old school kitchen bench top has overhanging trim, needs shaving off to install new dishwasher underneath bench for tenants. Old dishwasher already removed. Plumber reports 5mm too low. Will need a new benchtop at some stage. Just need it functional and not too ugly.
