Window locked and cannot be unlocked. Sliding door needs maintenance as it is difficult to move. Thanks

I want to put a retractable clothesline that is available in Bunnings between two walls. I will buy this from Bunnings..likely a 4 or 5 line retractable one

We have a custom (I think) sliding flyscreen that sits in front of our glass sliding door. Last night it stopped folding back in and came off tracks.

The sliding door roller is broken/worn and needs to be fixed.
