My sliding toilet door needs to be centred

I need a non-structural, non-load-bearing internal partition wall built to divide a long rectangular room into two spaces (a small office and a kids' playroom). Wall Size: Approximately 3m x 4m. Tasks Required: Frame the wall, hang plasterboard/Gyprock, flush and sand the joints, install a standard internal door (including frame, handle, and latches), and paint the new wall white to match the existing room. Finishes: Install matching skirting boards and ceiling cornices so they blend in seamlessly. When making an offer, please clarify: 1. Does your quote include all labour and materials (timber, plasterboard, door, hardware, paint, skirting/cornice)? 2. Are there any specific materials you expect me to purchase myself (e.g. I already have the door handle)? 3. What is your estimated timeline to complete the work? 4. A 2 m piece of cornice has come loose and fallen. It isn’t broken. I need it replaced and secured without damaging it.

Hi, I'd be grateful for a quote for the install of an easyshed bikeshed. The dimensions of the shed are (mm) 780 x 2255 x 1340. The area for the install is at the side of my house. The area is currently pebbled. It has a subtle slope so a little bit of ground levelling would be required. I was thinking of a shed base with: roadbase (50mm thick) paving sand (10mm) pavers (300x300. 40mm thick) To anchor the shed to the ground, I was thinking of concrete footings beneath 4 of the pavers. Then using 80mm dynabolts. I was thinking this would be easier than doing a concrete slab, but could be persuaded to just do a concrete slab instead. Grateful for a quote on the full install - time and materials. Happy to answer any questions and flexible on the install method. Also flexible on timing.
