Hi, our timber deck is being stained, so our Vuly Thunder Pro Large trampoline (round, leaf springs, safety net and shade cover) needs to come off the deck and then go back on. Two visits. Visit 1: any day Monday 26 to Friday 30 October. It must be off the deck by Friday 30 October, as the painters start on Monday 2 November. Visit 2: around 8 to 11 November, depending on rain and once the stain has cured (I'll confirm the exact day). My preferred way, so less is taken apart on a 6 year old trampoline: remove the top half only (shade cover, net and poles), then lift the base off the deck with the mat and springs still on, and stand it on its side against the house, on the path on the other side of the stone wall (behind the pool robot in the photos). At visit 2, carry it back to the same spot on the deck and refit the top half. The base is heavy, so this will need 2 or 3 people. If you think a full dismantle and rebuild is safer or easier, say so in your offer and price that instead; the parts can be stored in that same spot. Please take care: - There is glass pool fencing right around the deck (see photos). - Before you start, take a few photos and point out any cracked springs or torn fabric, so we both know what was there. - At visit 2, put felt or rubber pads under the feet if needed, so the new stain isn't scratched. - Nothing leaves the property. Full payment is released once it's back up and checked after visit 2. Vuly experience preferred; please mention it in your offer, along with how many people you'll bring.

We have a mark in our floating floors. Have tried repairing it but it’s too obvious, so seeking some help to lift the board out and replace (we have replacement boards).

Sanding of small deck. Just sanding, I am happy to oil.

We would like a 3.5x5m deck built off our back stairs. We originally wanted a staircase built but would now like a deck instead - big enough or table chairs and bbq. Similar to mock up image except stairs will run along the front of the deck.

Need a quote for simple economical but solid wood decking needed on top of the brick pavers. Other side is the finished decking and can be similar if possible. Measures 3.2 x 1.3

Sand back and stain deck about 5m x 4m and two steps.

Put together 4 Ikea PAX wardrobes (3x100cm, 1x75cm). Image attached. One 100cm frame is already put together. Also would like it attached to the wall - we already have painted timber ledgers/battens to attach to the studs, and then frames attached to the ledgers. Would also like skirting boards installed - we already have them, painted, just need them cut to size and fixed to the wall. Room is approx 5m x 3m.

What’s involved: • Approx 23m² over a new structural ply subfloor. Photos attached. • Product is click-lock floating boards. Boards and underlay are on site. • Kitchen cabinetry will be installed before you start, so the floor needs to be cut in around the kickboards and pantry joinery with the expansion gap left at the kick. • The new floor runs into hybrid flooring already laid in the dining room and hallway. We want the join to read as one continuous floor, so we expect a few rows of the existing boards will need to be lifted and re-laid to get the direction and stagger right. Photos 3, 4 and 5 show the two transition points. • Door jambs undercut where needed. • Sweep down and take your offcuts and packaging with you. What we’re after: • Experience with hybrid or floating floors. Photos of previous work in your offer would be great. • Own tools, including a multi-tool for undercutting jambs. • Check the subfloor is flat when you arrive and tell us before you start if levelling is needed. We’d rather agree that upfront than find out afterwards. Timing: ideally Wednesday 19 or Thursday 20 August. A few days either side is fine if that suits you better. Access: house is unoccupied in the work zone, builder will give you access and there’s off-street parking. Questions welcome in the comments. The dishwasher leaked and now water is trapped underneath floating bamboo flooring. We need the flooring lifted (it's tongue and groove) to dry out underneath. Either the wood planks that got wet may be salvageable, or we need them replaced. I don't think we'll know until the floor is lifted to see how wet it is underneath. The first job is just to get them lifted up.

Clean and oil a 6m x 4.5m (approx 27 metres squared) Merbau deck. Materials supplied - we have the cleaning solution, brushes, and oil: Intergrain Ultra Prep and Intergrain Slip Resistant Natural Timber Decking Oil (10L) as well as the Intergrain Decking Brush Applicator. It is a new deck and has not been oiled previously. Furniture will be moved off beforehand.
