Hi I have a decking issue in my back yard it is weather damage and requires removal. Stage 2 of the job is replacement. Please note it is a large deck

Need to go to rental agent office, collect keys and generate a quote for a carpet repair.

What’s involved: • Approx 23m² over a new structural ply subfloor. Photos attached. • Product is click-lock floating boards. Boards and underlay are on site. • Kitchen cabinetry will be installed before you start, so the floor needs to be cut in around the kickboards and pantry joinery with the expansion gap left at the kick. • The new floor runs into hybrid flooring already laid in the dining room and hallway. We want the join to read as one continuous floor, so we expect a few rows of the existing boards will need to be lifted and re-laid to get the direction and stagger right. Photos 3, 4 and 5 show the two transition points. • Door jambs undercut where needed. • Sweep down and take your offcuts and packaging with you. What we’re after: • Experience with hybrid or floating floors. Photos of previous work in your offer would be great. • Own tools, including a multi-tool for undercutting jambs. • Check the subfloor is flat when you arrive and tell us before you start if levelling is needed. We’d rather agree that upfront than find out afterwards. Timing: ideally Wednesday 19 or Thursday 20 August. A few days either side is fine if that suits you better. Access: house is unoccupied in the work zone, builder will give you access and there’s off-street parking. Questions welcome in the comments. The dishwasher leaked and now water is trapped underneath floating bamboo flooring. We need the flooring lifted (it's tongue and groove) to dry out underneath. Either the wood planks that got wet may be salvageable, or we need them replaced. I don't think we'll know until the floor is lifted to see how wet it is underneath. The first job is just to get them lifted up.

Skirting board removal and replacement for the kitchen and dining area.

Clean and oil a 6m x 4.5m (approx 27 metres squared) Merbau deck. Materials supplied - we have the cleaning solution, brushes, and oil: Intergrain Ultra Prep and Intergrain Slip Resistant Natural Timber Decking Oil (10L) as well as the Intergrain Decking Brush Applicator. It is a new deck and has not been oiled previously. Furniture will be moved off beforehand.

Replace the skirting board as seen in the image

I have remkved a wall, 1.2 meters long, i need the floating flooring patched, some peices pulled up to stagger the joins and hide the repair, i have 12 new sheets. Someone extensively experienced, not just done it a couple of times.

I've a total budget of $800 for purchasing and labour cost of laying laminate/vynil onto existing kitchen floor. This will be $500 for labour and $300 for materials from Bunnings.

Need someone to extend existing composite decking over a small garden bed area (see photos). Looking for the green/garden section to be removed and covered so it matches the current deck. We did end of lease cleaning. Allegedly the floor got damaged

I can't live like this anymore! Help.me finish laying these goddam floating floors. One room half done. 2.5X5m space remaining Second room (adjoining) 3X3m will need to help me move 4 cabinets (mostly empty) and one medium sized tv, rip up carpets and underlay and remove any staples (so far only around the edges of the underlay/along walls), lay floating floorboards. I can do edging etc myself!

I have a desk that i got built and it is just a few mm out from fitting in the alcove so if the skirting board from the sides of the alcove get removed the desk should be able to slide in. Prob take you 10 minutes max. Located in Belconnen near cisac.

Deck to be completed is around 5m in length x 1.6m width. There is also around 6-7 rows where there is old wood that needs to be lifted and replaced. The deck will also need a new back step
