Find an experienced flooring expert in Kambah

We are preparing our home for new flooring and need an existing floor heating vent relocated approximately 1 metre. The timber subfloor is currently exposed, so access is available and the job should be relatively straightforward. (The cork tiles in the image will be removed by us before the task). Access under the house is available. Scope of work: - Relocate the existing heating vent to a new position approximately 1 metre away. - Adjust/extend the ductwork as required. - Fill old vent opening and patch timber subfloor The job does not need to be fully finished cosmetically, as the new flooring will be installed afterwards.

Remove carpet and underlay clean and install supplied ( can discuss - either you buy and I pay extra or can I can buy ) engineered flooring floor. Prefer low cost waterproof floating floor. Matching colour with the existing tile door or carpet colour. Thank you
