The ground is approx 0.7m below the exit from the sunroom door so the deck will need to be slightly raised to meet the sunroom door exit and will need a few steps at the edge of the deck to walk down to the ground. I'd like to have a laminate floor installed in my house. the total area is 60sqm. currently 40sqm has carpet, 10sqm has tiles, and 10sqm concrete slap. I'd like a quote for the installation including removal and dumping of tiles and carpet, and removal and reinstallation of skirting. the area will have a total of 8 doors: 3 doors connecting to carpet, 3 to tiles, and one connecting to laminate but has small step which will require stair nosing.
