Burnt parts of an apartment wooden floor. Need restoration.

One of the brackets holding up a built-in wardrobe rail has fallen out of the side wall it was attached to. I would like to replace the brackets on both ends (x2) with sturdier fixtures, plus add a new supporting bracket in the middle of the rail. Depending on what size brackets are available, the rail may also need to be replaced. It is 2.5cm in diameter and approximately 82.5cm long.

Looking for someone to restore and repair 6 Thonet chairs. See photos for more details. Three of the chairs have holes in the rattan seats (two of those are only tiny - not sure if they can be repaired rather than replaced or what is more economical).
