I would like my pantry removed & replaced with a corner pantry. I would also like a cabinet built to accommodate my washing machine & laundry basin. I would like a door installed for my bathroom & maybe my front door replaced. I would like some advice about my options for the doors.

Old door handle has no visable screws or allen key slot on cover. I have no way of removing cover essentially. New locking handle is same size, no new flushing required either. Straight swap.

I purchased an 'Austral Retractaway 40 retracting clothesline' and am looking for someone to install it on my balcony walls which are brick on both sides (see image for what one of the walls looks like). I have the clothesline and instructions as attached which show tools required. I would like someone to come and construct four IKEA bench seats. The design is YLYBHM. Two have drawers, two jus have doors.
