Laundry sink tap is leaking hot water

I am adding an outside kitchen. There is already cold water at the location (pictured). There is a drain vent at the location. On the other side of the wall (in the bathroom cabinet and/or laundry) is hot water and a second drain. The plumbing tasks I need are: Cold water connected to mixer tap and dishwasher, supply and fit parts. Hot water taken from bathroom or under house and connected to sink mixer, supply and fit parts. Supply and fit s-bends/pipe etc to connect double sink and dishwasher to bathroom drain or vent pipe. I’m not sure on price but feel free to send a quote or ask more questions about the job. Thanks!

Under kitchen sink is copper plumbing straight to taps and faucet. Want copper under changed to a valve and flex for a tap from Bunnings, with tap holes covered. Will supply faucet from Bunnings but don’t have hole covers for taps.

I want to install a WaterMark-certified bidet attachment on my toilet. The cistern has a concealed water inlet and there is no visible water outlet. Shower mixer tap is leaking

I’ve recently moved into a new home and the shower has a thermostatic mixer tap (KSPO brand) with a temperature lock that’s preventing it from going above 40°C. My other shower doesn’t have this issue, so I’m looking for someone to come out, assess the setup, and either remove or adjust the temperature limiter so the shower runs at a normal temperature.

My toilet is blocked I have tried the morning press in the hot water and still not working.

We currently have a leak under the slab in a cold water copper pipe that supplies the sink in our kitchen island. My hot water system has a continuous leak from the pressure relief valve or overflow pipe. The water is constantly flowing and not stopping. I would like a technician to check if the pressure relief valve is faulty or if there is another issue with the system, because it is releasing more water than normal.
