The shower taps in my home are broken. Have tried replacing but broke again. Happy to supply materials

I’m looking for repair/diagnostic service for an existing hydronic heating boiler, not a replacement quote at this stage. Boiler model: Radiant RK-34 EkoBox, about 10 years old. The system was working normally until yesterday, then suddenly stopped and now shows H20 error.

I’ve recently moved into a new home and the shower has a thermostatic mixer tap (KSPO brand) with a temperature lock that’s preventing it from going above 40°C. My other shower doesn’t have this issue, so I’m looking for someone to come out, assess the setup, and either remove or adjust the temperature limiter so the shower runs at a normal temperature.
