Plumber says there is no leak, it just needs new tiling grouting silicon sealing etc. I’m looking for someone with experience who can do this soon. let me know how much this kind of job costs!

The laundry tap seems to have a leak coming from the base where it mounts into the laundry tub that is causing a slow leak into the tub which drips down into the drain and piping. I can’t get to it to try fix it because it’s sandwiched in a corner and (I believe) have to reach the mounting from around and underneath the deep laundry tub.
