It is a 2 story house. As you can see in the image there is some water damage that has appeared yesterday. I need someone to inspect the ceiling and provide a diagnosis only. The fix can be organised after.

Tap is a bit wobbly and once its turned to the hot water side it takes a long time to get the hot water coming, once the hot water comes it will last about 2 minutes and then get cold. It will then take a really long time to get hot again.
