Find an experienced plumber in Isaacs

I started replacing the internal valves on my toilet, but I have lost the will to continue with cleaning the old seals off the ceramic and want an experienced handyman/plumber to finish the job. ​What is already done: ​The water is isolated. ​The ceramic cistern has been safely removed and is resting on the bathroom floor. ​The old flush and inlet valves have been completely removed. ​I have already purchased the brand new replacement parts (Fix-A-Loo Hush Fill and Thunderflush). ​What I need you to do: ​Scrape/clean the stubborn residue from the old rubber washer off the bare ceramic hole in the cistern. ​Install the new Fix-A-Loo flush valve and inlet valve into the cistern. ​Bolt the cistern back onto the toilet pan. ​Reconnect the water hose and test for any leaks.

I have an ice bath setup that runs on a chiller. It stopped working a little while ago and was told it needed a new part - I have the new part now and just need someone to install it and get it back up and running. The part that needs replacing is the 3rd image

The hot water distribution seems to be a problem. It takes long for the hot water to flow from the bathroom sink while there are no issues in getting hot water in the shower
